Thurrock Council – say no to Google’s plan for a monster new Data Centre

You can find our privacy policy here.

Google wants to build an enormous new data centre in Thurrock, Essex – emitting 570,000 tonnes of CO2 and concreting over an important habitat for bees, butterflies, rare plants and birds.

Please help persuade Thurrock Council to refuse Google’s “Arena Essex” planning application. The more objections Thurrock Council receives, the better.

We’ve included suggestions of what to say, it will only take a couple of minutes, and it will make a massive difference to the campaign.

Update: we’ve been made aware by supporters that Thurrock Council is asking anyone who writes in to provide their address for publication. We can completely understand you may not want to share your address or have it displayed online, so please only send your objection to the council if you are comfortable doing that.
